Which hotel is the best?, what do people say about it?, what it is good for and what it fails on? These things have become second nature to making a decision on where to stay and spend our hard earned money as we only normally get one holiday a year and we want to get the best value for money, this is where Charter Travel can help.
All of our suppliers regularly check the hotels and the ratings they have received on forums such as Trip Advisor. If there are issues with a particular resort then it is withdrawn from sale.
Likewise, our consultants constantly check the reviews received from travellers who feel strongly enough about their experiences to write either favourably or in some cases, with an unguarded dislike of a hotel in which they stayed.
Charter Travel also check the ratings of a chosen hotel before offering it to our respective customers as trust , honesty and loyalty to our clients has been our aim since we were founded in 1988 (long before the internet gave us such choices).

Where would we be without the internet? It offers such a huge database of information and advice about every subject you can think of, but of course not all of it can be believed and this is why here at Charter Travel we put our faith in our own knowledge and experience and that of our clients feedback in dealing with worldwide travel and the ability of our consultants to guide all of our existing and future clients into making decisions based upon what they know and the feedback they have received and not just what they have read.
Unfortunately the internet cannot help you if your flight is delayed or your villa is repossessed. You cannot tell a computer screen that your car hire company has given you a car that is not big enough for you or that another volcano has erupted. When the snow or an unexpected event occurs we are here on hand, on the phones, on email, to assist, guide, support and help all of our clients. Charter Travel has dealt with all of these issues in the past and although not everything always goes smoothly, we try and have achieved to limit the impact faced by anyone who books their holiday through us.
