Sample Itinerary of Australian Highlights

Days 1-4

Fly from London or Manchester to Melbourne Airport, on arrival you will be transferred to your hotel.

Enjoy the city sights of Melbourne, visit St.Pauls Cathedral, and take a tour to Phillip Island to see the famous penguin parade, followed by wine tasting in the Yarra Valley.

Take a tour along the famous Great Ocean Road to see the Twelve Apostles and Loch Ard Gorge

Days 4-5

Fly from Melbourne to Alice Springs, go and visit the historic Telegraph station, for evening meal eat in Ooramina a genuine outback Aussie outback homestead to discover true Australian hospitality and marvel in traditional Australian barbeque.

Day 5-7

Fly from Alice Springs to Uluru (Ayres Rock) and visit a camel farm where you can test your camel riding skills through the boiling desert.

Before you arrive at Ayres Rock Resort you will be able to see the Majestic Atila (Mt.Conner). After settling in you can watch the amazing colour changing sunset. Wake up early to watch the sunrise, and after you can climb to the summit, then take a tour of the caves at the base of Uluru.

In the afternoon travel through the desert to Kata Tjuta (the Oglas) the huge size of these 36 red domes of conglomerate rock will amaze whoever sees them. Then walk through Walpa Gorge following the natural creek bed between the two tallest domes, where you can watch the sunset again.

Day 7-10

You will fly from Ayres Rock to Cairns, when you arrive at Cairns Airport you will be transferred to your hotel. Then a trip to the Barrier Reef to view the colourful coral and tropical fish from a semi-submersible vessel, or you can go snorkelling. And you will be arriving back at the hotel late in the afternoon.

The last day you either go shopping or relax by the pool, or you can take a tour to Kuranda, including a scenic rail journey on the Kuranda train and ride the sky rail Cableway above the rainforest, if that is not for you try hot air ballooning over the Atherton Tablelands.

Days 10-13

In the morning you will visit the Cairns wildlife dome and then go to Cairns Airport where you will fly to Sydney Airport, and once landed transferred to your hotel, for the rest of the day you can explore the city of Sydney.

In the morning take a tour of Sydney Opera House, Royal Botanic Gardens, Mrs.Macquarie's chair, and the Kings Cross. Then visit the famous Bondi Beach to take in the beach and a little surfing, travel back to Sydney to enjoy a luncheon cruise.

Visit the historic rocks area at Circular Quay. The last day you will explore the beautiful harbour of Sydney, then either take a tour of the Blue Mountains to see the Three Sisters, or enjoy some wine tasting in the hunter Valley.

Day 13

The last day you will fly home to London via Sydney Airport.
