Cherry Blossom Top Tips: Generally, cherry blossom season in Japan starts in late March and lasts until early April. However, the exact timing can vary depending on the location and the weather conditions each year. Certain regions see Cherry Blossom blooms slightly earlier, for example Tokyo typically sees its cherry blossoms bloom around the last week of March to the first week of April, and some regions slightly later for example, at Mount Fuji the cherry blossoms usually bloom slightly later, from early to mid-April. For the best Cherry Blossom Viewing on your Japan Holiday, we advising visiting around the last week of March and into the first 2 weeks of April.
