During this current unprecedented situation caused by Covid-19 and the devastating effects this is having around the world we have worked tirelessly to repatriate clients abroad and work with those clients with future holidays to rearrange and re plan them. We thank all our clients for their patience and understanding during this time. We know how difficult this situation is for everyone and want to assure you we are here to help, and will continue to work with our clients to offer the options for you individually, having already re-booked many hundreds of holidays for our clients into 2021.
We are working closely with our industry regulatory bodies, ABTA, ATOL and IATA to ensure we follow the latest advice and keep up to date with the airlines daily changing policies. Assuring you at all times that your money is completely safe.
For future travel dates our normal terms and conditions apply as per your invoice, if you are unable to locate the invoice please email to email@example.com for a further copy to be supplied to you, for balance due dates please refer to your invoice initially as no reminders will be sent out, Please make sure your holiday balance is paid on or before the due date as our terms and conditions apply.
All bookings and emails are being dealt with on an individual basis and in a chronological order.
