Virgin Atlantic fly to Boston direct daily from London, giving you plenty of opportunities when booking your holiday. The flight time to Boston is around 7 and a half hours, making it the perfect opportunity to upgrade yourself to Virgin Atlantic Premium Class cabin or their First Class cabin with lounge access.
Boston holidays makes for a fabulous Autumn trip, from September to mid-November, as Autumn in New England is famous for being extraordinarily pretty as the leaves change colour. Once you land in Boston we highly recommend you hire a car, with our Virgin Atlantic Fly-Drive inclusive holidays we can organise all of this for you. If you're visiting between April and October you will also have the weather to visit Cape Cod, perhaps for a night or two staying at the fabulous Chatham Bars Inn or the more budget friendly DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Cape Cod, and enjoy the beautiful New England coastline. Whilst in Boston, alongside a Cape Cod visit, we highly recommend you visit Salem - Salem is known for its historic Salem Witch Trials, however now the town has much more of a museum, colonial feel about it. Boston itself is also ideal for history buffs as you can complete the Freedom Trail, visit the famous Boston harbour - the important landmark in the American Revolution, and sample some delicious seafood that has been a staple in Boston for many years - make sure you try the Boston lobster rolls, which can be found throughout the city. When flying to Boston you could also make your holiday a Twin Centre holiday with one of Virgin Atlantic’s Airline Partners, like Delta Airlines, and fly over to New York or to Washington DC where you can continue on your holiday.
