Rooms are spacious and modern, many featuring floor-to-ceiling windows to make the most of that Fallsview outlook.

As with every element of this holiday, the hotel and room type can be tailored - if you'd prefer a different category of Fallsview room, an alternative Niagara hotel, or additional nights, just let your Travel Advisor know when enquiring.

Toronto & Niagara Falls Holiday FAQs

How many days should I spend in Toronto and Niagara Falls?

A Toronto & Niagara Falls trip typically includes 3/4 days in Toronto and 2/3 days in Niagara Falls. Spend 3-4 days in Toronto exploring highlights like the CN Tower, Royal Ontario Museum, Kensington Market, Distillery District, and Harbourfront. Then, 2-3 days in Niagara Falls to see the falls from multiple angles, take the Maid of the Mist or Hornblower cruise, visit Clifton Hill, and explore nearby wineries in Niagara-on-the-Lake.

Is it better to stay in Toronto or Niagara Falls?

It depends on your priorities. Stay in Toronto if you want a city experience with museums, nightlife, shopping, and diverse cuisine. Stay in Niagara Falls if your main goal is to enjoy the falls at sunrise/sunset, walk along the river, or experience attractions like Journey Behind the Falls and the Skylon Tower without rushing. Many visitors choose to stay in both locations for the full experience, which is what makes this holiday package ideal.

How far apart are Niagara Falls and Toronto?

Niagara Falls is about 130 km (80 miles) from Toronto, which takes around 1.5 to 2 hours by car, depending on traffic. Your Travel Advisor can organise round trip private transfers for you. You can also travel by GO Train/Bus, Megabus, or guided day tours from Toronto. Some tours offer same-day return options if you're short on time.

Which month is good for Niagara Falls?

The best months to visit Niagara Falls are June through October when the weather is warm, all attractions are open, and boat tours are running. June to August is peak season—expect crowds but also the most vibrant atmosphere. September and October offer fewer crowds, fall foliage, and pleasant temperatures. Winter (November–March) is less crowded and magical in its own way, but some attractions may be closed or limited.

How much does a Toronto and Niagara Falls holiday package cost?

Prices for a Toronto and Niagara Falls holiday package start from £1398pp, based on 2 adults sharing and travelling outside of peak season. The overall cost depends on a few key factors: time of year (summer and school holidays are the most expensive, while spring and autumn offer better value), hotel category (a standard city-view room in Toronto will cost less than a Fallsview Room in Niagara), and flight class (economy vs premium economy or business). As every holiday is tailor-made, your Travel Advisor can build a package around your budget, whether that means adjusting the length of stay, hotel star rating, or room type.

Do I need an eTA to visit Canada from the UK?

Yes — UK passport holders travelling to Canada by air need a valid Electronic Travel Authorisation (eTA) before departure. It's a quick online application and is usually approved within minutes, though it can take longer in some cases, so it's best to apply well ahead of travel. For full details on eTA requirements and other travel essentials for your trip, see our Canada travel advice guide.
