The Caribbean Sea is teeming with marine life that you can explore and enjoy whilst on holiday in Jamaica!

The reefs with the easiest access in Jamaica are along its North Coast (Negril and Port Antonio); some of the best options for snorkelling in Jamaica include Seven Mile Beach, Bloody Bay, Rockhouse, Booby Cay Island, and the Throne Room. There is also the Negril Coral Reef (just off the shore of Seven Mile Beach) that is great for beginners and advance snorkelers alike!

Ocho Rios is also home to its own snorkel spots - Marine Park and Devil’s Reef; at these snorkel locations you could be treated to sightings of scorpionfish, lettuce sea slugs, nurse sharks, and an abundance of colourful coral.

A water adventure not to be missed on your Jamaica Holiday is a trip to the Luminous Lagoon; this lagoon is full of harmless bioluminescent organisms that by the dark of night will glow as you splash around in the lagoon!
