Here is our sample how-to guide/ itinerary for your next 2-week Orlando Holiday! For this itinerary, we will detail how to ensure you visit all the Walt Disney World and Universal Orlando Resort theme parks, see more of what Orlando has to offer including nearby beaches and shopping, plus ensure you get to have some down-time in your Orlando Villa!

Day 1: Arrive in Orlando after flying direct with Virgin Atlantic and settle in to your Orlando Villa at Emerald Island Resort. Your Orlando Villa will be complete with your own pool, kitchen, living room, games room, driveway and all the amenities you would need to feel at home on your Orlando Holiday. Day 2: Magic Kingdom

Start your Disney adventure by exploring the iconic Magic Kingdom. Day 7: Magic Kingdom (again) On day 7, head back to Magic Kingdom and explore the attractions you missed on your first visit. Ride the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train roller coaster, and then try the famous turkey leg at The Lunching Pad. In the afternoon, why not head over to Disney Springs for an afternoon/evening of shopping, dining, entertainment and more! You will find a variety of shops including beloved high-street chains like ZARA and specialist boutique stores!

Day 8: Shopping Day

Take a break from the Orlando theme parks an enjoy some of the amazing shopping Orlando has to offer! From the Premium Outlet Malls to designer Malls (Mall at Millenia), and even Walmart and Target, Orlando is a fantastic location to do some amazing shopping!

Day 9: Universal Studios & CityWalk Dining

Start your day at Universal Studios, where you can experience the magic of moviemaking with thrilling rides and attractions such as Revenge of the Mummy, Transformers: The Ride-3D, and Harry Potter and the Escape from Gringotts. For lunch, head over to CityWalk, where you can enjoy a range of dining options from quick bites at Voodoo Doughnut to classic burgers at the Toothsome Chocolate Emporium. Spend the afternoon exploring more of Universal Studios, then head back to CityWalk for dinner at the iconic Hard Rock Cafe.

Day 10: Universal's Islands of Adventure

On day 10, explore the thrilling rides and attractions of Universal's Islands of Adventure. Many choose to head straight to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter - Hogsmeade, where you can experience the thrilling coaster, Hagrid's Magical Creatures Motorbike Adventure, and the immersive Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey ride. Later, why not explore Jurassic Park for the exciting Jurassic World VelociCoaster, and then enjoy Marvel Super Hero Island for The Amazing Adventures of Spider-Man and the Incredible Hulk Coaster. Day 11: Beach Day

Why not explore more that Orlando has to offer and visit the nearby beach town of Cocoa Beach. Close to Cape Canaveral, and the Kennedy Space Center, sits the lovely beach town of Cocoa Beach. Here you can enjoy the warm Florida waters, sunbathe on the golden sand, or perhaps stroll down the Cocoa Pier.

Day 12: Volcano Bay & CityWalk Dining

Take a break from the rollercoasters and explore Universal's water park, Volcano Bay. Start with the Ko'okiri Body Plunge, a 125-foot drop slide through the centre of a volcano. Then, relax on the Kopiko Wai Winding River or the Puka Uli Lagoon. For lunch, try the island-inspired cuisine at Whakawaiwai Eats or The Feasting Frog. In the afternoon, head back to CityWalk for some more shopping and dining. For dinner, check out the Latin-inspired cuisine at Antojitos Authentic Mexican Food.

Day 13-14:

On the final 2 days of your Orlando 2024 holiday, you can simply relax and enjoy your own pool at your Emerald Island Villa, or perhaps you’ll want to visit Orlando’s infamous ICON Park on International Drive and enjoy dinner at one of the amazing restaurants nearby – for some exceptional steak, why not visit Charley's Steak House!
