The first time we booked through them, we had Peter who was great, sorted everything out for us, unfortunately, our villa fell through (owners selling up) but Sandra managed to get us another one in less than 24 hours, which was a relief. Had a great holiday in Florida Aug 2022. This year we didn't hesitate to book through Charter Travel again for our planned Florida holiday for Oct 2024. This time we got Andy, he was a great help, nothing was ever too much trouble, he found us a great villa, and in the area we wanted, and all under our budget, thank you so much, will continue to use Charter in the coming years for all our holiday needs."

When paying for the holiday we could only pay by bank transfer which put us on edge slightly but we were informed almost instantly they had received money. They have provided us with a superior villa large enough for two families, secured the best deal for two rental cars (including a challenging requirement for a younger driver) and booked our flights with a top-level company at a convenient location. I really do not think that we would have got anywhere near this level of service with a high street travel agency but with Charter Travel everything has come together, and I have not once received a 'sorry we are currently closed' response to my many messages and interactions - their customer service has been excellent. Charter Travel is really second to none, in my humble opinion!"
