When you first land in Los Angeles, after flying direct with one of our partner airlines such as Virgin Atlantic, it will be time to collect your car and begin your California fly drive holiday by driving out to Anaheim - the home of Disneyland California. In Anaheim you will stay just a short distance from Disneyland California in the Hilton Anaheim. On your first day you can visit your first Disneyland California theme park - Disneyland Park. It is here in Disneyland Park you will find rides like Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, The Haunted Mansion, and Big Thunder Mountain Railroad. On your second day in Anaheim, you can visit the second Disneyland California theme park - Disneyland California Adventure Park. In Disneyland California Adventure Park you will find the brand-new Avengers Campus with the new rides like Guardians of the Galaxy – Mission: BREAKOUT. In Disneyland California Adventure Park you will also find Cars Land, with rides like Radiator Springs Racers, and Pixar Pier with the iconic Pixar-Pal-A-Round Ferris Wheel. Whilst in Anaheim, before driving back into Los Angeles, why not visit one of Anaheim’s shopping and restaurant complexes such as the Anaheim GardenWalk by Disneyland Resort.
Days 4-7
It's time for a slight change of pace as from Anaheim you will be driving to Redondo Beach, a coastal area just outside the city of Los Angeles, where you will spend the next few nights in the Crowne Plaza Redondo Beach. This gives you time to relax and unwind on the beach after a busy few day just spent at Disneyland California. From your hotel in Redondo Beach you can visit areas of the city such as Rodeo Drive, the Hollywood Sign, the Walt Disney World Concert Hall, and lots of restaurants and shopping throughout the city of LA.
Days 7-9
After relaxing for a few days, either by tanning yourself on the beach or visiting various landmarks throughout the city of Los Angeles, you'll be staying on the coast but driving over to Santa Monica- home of one of the best piers in all of California with plenty of attractions and restaurants to choose from. In Santa Monica you’ll stay at the Shore Hotel, which is walking distance from the Santa Monica Pier. The amusement park on Santa Monica Pier is officially called Pacific Park, and it is home to many rides, attractions, and restaurants alongside the signpost signifying the end of the iconic Route 66. The main attraction on the Pier is the infamous Pacific Wheel- from the top of the wheel you can see far out into the distance and all along the Santa Monica golden sand coastline. Whilst in Santa Monica be sure to take a walk down Venice Beach’s Boardwalk to Muscle Beach gym where you can participate yourself on the outdoor gym equipment or just watch all of the LA beach locals work out. From Santa Monica you can also drive out to the stunning beaches of Malibu.
Days 9-12
From Santa Monica you will drive back into the city, to Universal City, and stay at the Sheraton Universal Hotel ideally located next to Universal Studios Hollywood. Universal Studios Hollywood is home to Universal Studios working film studio and taking a tour of this is the main attraction when visiting Universal Studios Hollywood - for an extra special experience why not book the VIP Experience where you get a private tour of the studios, you’re able to look around the sets with your tour guide, and also skip the queue access for the many Universal Studios Hollywood rides. Universal Studios Hollywood is home to rides from iconic movies such as Jurassic World, Harry Potter, King Kong, Fast and Furious, Despicable Me, The Mummy, and more! Alongside the theme park, Universal Studios Hollywood is also home to CityWalk…and regular Orlando visitors will know that CityWalk is the hub of shopping, entertainment, and restaurants at Universal Studios. There's so much to do at both the Universal Studios Hollywood theme park and Universal CityWalk that spending a day (or 2) at each location is highly recommended.
Days 12-14
The final theme parks stop on your California holiday is Six Flags Magic Mountain. When you visit Six Flags Magic Mountain you will be staying at the Hilton Garden Inn Valencia, the closest hotel to the theme park. Six Flags Magic Mountain is truly a thrill lovers paradise, and is home to iconic rides like BATMAN The Ride and Full Throttle! Six Flags Magic Mountain is also home to the iconic diner Johnny Rockets where you and your family could stop for a bite to eat in-between roller coasters
Day 14
