Days 1-3

Days 3-4
Head south along the legendary Route 66 to St Louis past landscapes of the bygone era of American highways. Arriving in St Louis, head downtown, to one of affordable or luxury hotels we have chosen in the heart of their city. St Louis has a wealth of attractions, the most popular including the free tour of the Anheuser Busch brewery, home to the iconic Budweiser production line and the Gateway Arch, the symbol of the American pioneers who ventured west.
Days 4-5
Nashville, the next stop on your fantastic holiday in America, was made famous as the birthplace of country music. Take your pick from a number of fantastic hotels we have selected in the city centre, from where you can explore some of the best country music venues in the United States. These include the Grand Ole Orpy, and the General Jackson Showboat, a paddleboat recreating the experience of the showboats of the 19th century on the Cumberland River.
Days 5-7
Memphis is best known for being the home of the King of Rock and Roll - Elvis Presley. Each year hundreds of thousands of people come to Memphis to visit Graceland and Sun Studio where he made his first recording. Whatever your budget, our trusted city centre hotels are the ideal base from where to explore this exciting, diverse city. If you fancy something completely different try the Memphis Zoo, home to over 3500 animals and just one of four zoos in the United States where you can find Giant Pandas.
Days 7-8
Vicksburg in the banks of the Mississippi has a long history and was an important strategic site during the American Civil War. It remains a popular tourist destination today, thanks to its rich history, with the Vicksburg National Military Park in particular popular for its insight into battles during the Civil War.
Days 8-10
New Orleans is the perfect destination to complete your holiday in America. The city is a melting pot of culture, music and is home to round the clock entertainment. The home of jazz, the French Quarter, in particular showcases some of the very best live music you will find anywhere in the world. The Mardi Gras festival before Easter is one of the most famous festivals in the world, while the Garden District showcases the antebellum houses of the plantation settlements.
Day 10
