October to March is ideal for Delhi, Agra and Jaipur. Daytime temperatures sit comfortably between 15–25°C, skies are clear, and the Taj Mahal is at its most photogenic in soft winter light. April to June brings intense heat (often above 35°C), and the monsoon arrives from July.
The Maldives enjoys warm weather year-round, but the driest, sunniest conditions fall between November and April, during the north-east monsoon. This is also peak season for diving and snorkelling visibility.
